Spring Fly-in Duty List

Here is a list of spring fly-in duties and volunteers for our spring fly-in scheduled for April 9-10th (with bad weather dates of April 16-17):

Bad Weather Determination - Randy & Board (2-3 days in advance of event)
Support Vehicle (Motorhome), Cooking Utensils, Pots, Pans, Etc. - Randy & Libby Berry
Food, Plates, Plasticware, Napkins, Cups, Paper Towels - Randy & Libby Berry
Food Servers – Libby Berry, Others?
Soft Drinks - Available at airport (chapter will reimburse for drinks used)
Tea (2 gallons) - Eddie Price
Ice - Tony Gantt
Erect Tent - Eddie Seibert (Food Area), Glenn Temples (Beside Runway)

Safety Advisor - Don Schmotzer

Air Traffic Advisories - Ron Lindsey, Don Schmotzer (with portable radios)
Ground Traffic Control: Tony Gantt, Randy Berry (with portable radios)
Vests & Batons - Randy Berry

Tables & Chairs - Joe Garner
Fire & EMS (if available) - Don Bledsoe
Grillmasters - Jim Herpst, Steve Cromer
Grills & Propane: Onsite at the airport (chapter slush fund buys propane)
Photography - Eddie Price
Trash Cans & Trash Bags - Steve Cromer
Trash Removal - Larry Maner
Porta-john - Jim Herpst
Airport Preparations: Don Bledsoe, Joe Garner, Larry Maner, Tony Gantt, Fred Addision, Others
Ground Vehicles: Golf cart (Don Bledsoe), 4-wheeler (Jim Franklin)
