Karl Fields (aka "kilo foxtrot"), shown above center, has been part of the ultralight movement for many years now.  Karl's Challenger is shown in the background.

Here's a photo of Karl taken at the Carolina Sport Flyers' Spring Fling at Hollyhill, SC on May 15th, 2004. It was out of commission for awhile, but Rodney Dowdy recently got it operational. Unfortunately, we hear that Karl has mostly stopped flying now due to work and other personal activities.
